Welcome to Diligent Health! I'm Taylen Erickson, the founder and driving force behind our mission to revolutionise the way we address staffing challenges in the Aged Care sector.

My journey into the healthcare industry began with a deep-rooted passion for making a meaningful difference in people's lives. With previous experience as a director in this field, managing private and public contracts and overseeing a workforce of 600, I've witnessed firsthand the critical importance of providing compassionate and reliable care, particularly in the sensitive realm of Aged Care.

Driven by a commitment to excellence along side Jessica Stayte, our experienced Work Force Solutions Manager, I founded Diligent Health with a clear vision: to bridge the gap in staffing shortages by delivering top-tier Nurses and Aged Care workers to our Partners. With a solutions-focused approach and unwavering compassion, we aim to set a new standard for care provision, one that prioritises the dignity and well-being of every individual we serve.
